entered between us and received full and final consideration from him as per the agreement and I have put

I, MR.VINOD RAMSUNDAR YADAV 2)MR. ASHOK RAMSUNDAR YADAV is a

members of the POONAM SAGAR COMPLEX BLDG.1 TO 5 CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING
SOCIETY LTD. Opposite sector 9,Mira Road (East), Dist. Thane-401 107 holding 5 shares of
Rupees 50/- Each, and Shop No. 8 in the building of the Society known as J4/5Wing.

I desire to withdraw from the Society and therefore give you a notice of three months of our
intention to resign from membership of the Society, as required under the Bye-law No. 27 (a) of the
Bye-laws of the Society.

I hereby state that we are prepared to discharge in full the amount of liability to the society
as per records of the Society, before our resignation is considered by the Managing Committee of
the society. Or

I authorize the society to recover the charges of the society due to the society as per our
account (calculation) from the value of our flat. On acceptance of our resignation, we will
surrender the share Certificate No. 276 for shares numbering from 1386 to 1390 (both inclusive)
for Rs. Fifty. To the society and vacant possession of the flat.

I request you to please pay us the value of the shares referred to above and the value of our
interest in the flat, due to us remained after deducting the amount payable to the society and
outstanding against us.

members of the POONAM SAGAR COMPLEX BLDG.1 TO 5 CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING
SOCIETY LTD. Opposite sector 9,Mira Road (East), Dist. Thane-401 107 holding SHOP NO.
8 ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF BUILDING NO. J-4/5 KNOWN as POONAM SAGAR
COMPLEX, Admeasuring 131.25 Sq. feet, OPP, SECTOR 9, ,MIRA ROAD EAST, THANE
401107 in the building of the society and MR PURUSHOTHAM APPU SHETTY 2) MS.
SUDHA P. SHETTY intends to become a member and intends to get transferred the said Shop
to himself from the aforesaid (Transferor).
We jointly undertake that we or either of us, as is decided amongst ourselves shall furnish

necessary information in form No. 37E to the competent authority under the Income Tax Act

within 30 days of the General Body Meeting from date of execution of transfer agreement deed at

which the transfer will be approved for the purpose of registration of the transfer under Section:

269 AB of the Income Tax Act.
