2) I had given you notice of our intention to transfer the said shares and our interest in the property
of the societies on _____________ as required under Rules 24 (1) (b) of the Maharashtra Co –
operative Societies Rules 1961 along with consent of the proposed TRANSFEREE MR
PURUSHOTHAM APPU SHETTY 2) MS. SUDHA P. SHETTY ,
3) I enclosed herewith the application in the prescribed from of membership of the said society by
the proposed TRANSFEREE.
4) I remit herewith the transfer fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) we also remit
herewith the amount of the premium of Rs. 25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousands ) as
provided under bye – laws of the society.
5) I state that the said share and the interest in the capital / property of the said society have been
held by me for a period of not less than a year.
6) I further state that the liabilities due to the said society by us, as on the date of this application
have been fully paid by us. We also undertake to pay the liabilities which may became due till
transfer application is approved by the society.
7) I hereby undertake to discharge any liabilities of the society, which related the period of our
membership with the said society and have become payable by us after cessation of the
membership
due to any demand made by the local authority government or by any other authority on any
account after cessation of our membership.
8) I propose to transfer the said shares and our interest in the property of the said society on the
following ground.
(1) Sale of Property against the consideration of Rs. 85,00,000 by executing an agreement of sale

9) I finish herewith the declaration in prescribed form on a Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper about non

of any vacant land or land with a building in any urban agglomeration, specified under the urban

10) I also furnish herewith the undertaking in the prescribed form on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper about
the registration of the transfer, as required under section 269 – AB of the Income Tax Act.
11) I request you to approve the proposed transfer and inform to us accordingly.

7) I furnish herewith the declaration in the prescribed Form, on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper about non
holding of any vacant land or land with a building in any urban agglomeration, specified under the
urban land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act 1975, the area of which exceeds 500 sq meters).
8) I also furnish herewith the undertaking in the prescribed form, on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper about
registration of the transfer under section 269 AB of the Income Tax Act and rules made thereunder.
9) I undertake to use the Flat, proposed to be transferred to me, for the purpose mentioned in the
letter that will be issued to me by the said society, under bye – laws no. 76 (a) of the bye – laws of
the said society and that no change of the user of the said Flat will be made by us without the prior
approval of the society in writing. The undertaking to that effect in the prescribed form is enclosed

10) I, undertake to discharge all the liabilities to the society, which may become due from the date
of our admission to the membership to the society. As I have to independent source of income. I
enclose herewith the undertaking in the prescribed from the person, on whom we are dependent, to
the effect that we will discharge all liabilities to the society.
11) I also enclose herewith the undertaking in the prescribed form that the plot / house owned by us
of the member of our family the person dependent on us. The details of which are given in this
application about the disposal of the said Plot* / Flat / House.
12) I have gone through the proposed / registered bye – laws of the society and undertake to abide
by the same and any modification the Registering Authority may make them.
13) I request you to please admit us as a member of the said society and transfer the shares and the
interest of the TRANSFERORS in the capital property of the said society to our name.

hereby declare that no one else any claim or title to change upon the said Shop and that I hold myself fully
the shares amount in credit and the said shop no. 8 allotted by the society
all fittings and fixture in the present conditions subject to the right existing at present and liabilities to be

I desire to withdraw from the Society and therefore give you a notice of three months of our
intention to resign from membership of the Society, as required under the Bye-law No. 27 (a) of the
Bye-laws of the Society.
I hereby state that we are prepared to discharge in full the amount of liability to the society
as per records of the Society, before our resignation is considered by the Managing Committee of
the society. Or
I authorize the society to recover the charges of the society due to the society as per our
account (calculation) from the value of our flat. On acceptance of our resignation, we will

for Rs. Fifty. To the society and vacant possession of the flat.
