(Important Instruction)
1. All the required particulars should be carefully filled in by the candidate. The office will not
be responsible for any delay in case the form is not completed in all respects.
2. Fee for Migration Certificate is given below:
a) Fee for those who have passed Middle/Secondary/
Senior Secondary Examination Rs. 200/-
b) For those who have lost their original Migration
Certificate and require another one. Rs. 200/-
3. Migration fee is non-refundable in any case.
4. The certificate will ordinary issued within fortnight of the receipt. No person is entitled to
apply on behalf of another person or to receive his own or another person's certificate
personally from the Board's office. The certificate will always be sent under Registered Post.
5. Migration Certificate can be issued to those candidates who have passed Middle/Secondary/
Senior Secondary Examination from this Board.
6. In correspondance with the Board with regard to non-receipt of Migration Certificate, name
of candidate, father's name, particulars of last examination passed, fee reeipt No. with date
must be quoted.
7. Online application can be submitted through link available on Board's website
www.bseh.org.in or Saral Portal of Govt. of Haryana.
Note: No Migration Certificate will be issued perior declaration of result.
