CMRP Exam
• M&R professionals receive their experience and
training from a variety of sources, both on the job
and from outside training, so no experience or
educational requirements are set for the exam
• 110 multiple choice questions in 2.5 hours

Taking a CMRP Exam
• Register online at www.SMRP.org
• Take exam at conferences and industry events
• Set up an exam session at your facility –
approved proctor required
• CMRP is available electronically and in Spanish
& Portuguese
Re-certification
• Complete 50 hours of relevant skill
development and/or training within the
initial 3-year certification period and each 3
year period thereafter.
• Pay a fee.

• Discount on exam and re-certification fees

SMRPCO Advisory Council

• An annual report of aggregated exam skill areas results for
