Persuasive Letter is a letter written to persuade an organisation/s
or individual/s towards accepting the writer's (sender’s) issue,
interest or perspective. It can be written to any type of
organisation i.e. school, bank, college, NGO, municipality etc. The
individuals can be a director, CEO, government official etc. The
motive of the persuasion letter is to ‘Get your work done’ in
layman terms.

I am amaan team leader of your company. I hope you are fine . I want
to communicate you regarding a serious issue which is happening now.
The pandemic has forced us to switch our homes to office space ehich it
fine in pandemic. Besides of comfortably wor6from home, this setup
has posed a serious inconvenience of blurring the boundaries between
working hours and personal time. Mails, phones and meetings at oddd
hours have devoured the personal boundaries.like so many other
people, I am also the victim of this situation. As a single parent and a
son of ailing mother,I am often at the stage of breaking point fue to this
setup.My personal space is fully disturbed due to this setup. I am not
able to take proper time to my mother and can’table to take care of
her.
Bring the team leader my major task is to communicate to the team
member and communicate between them my team and the higher
management. My most of the isspent conducting the meetings and
explaining the task to my team , coordinating between the
management and sometimes with communicating with the overseas
clients which usually occur at odd hours and generally after office hours
i.e, . This practice has been continuing from more then one and half
year . I am very disturbed because of this.
I request to to take strict guidelines for employees, regarding the office
comunication, which should occur between 9am-7pm (working hours)
unless there is an emergency or an international call. I hope to consider
my request. And will take an strict guidelines on this as soon as
possible. I will be very thankful to you if you do this. I will wait for your
action.
