A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SK CHAIRPERSON AND SK TREASURER ZAIRA


MAE L. BASNILLO AND KAITH MARIEL D. DELANTAR TO TRANSACT
BUSINESS, DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAW MONEY IN FAVOR OF THE SK BRGY.
MANDUANG, MINGLANILLA, ACCOUNT AT THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE
PHILIPPINES, CEBU CITY.

WHEREAS; there is a need to authorize the Barangay SK Chairperson and SK Treasurer for the
good of the Barangay.

WHEREAS; there is a need to authorize the Barangay SK Chairperson and SK Treasurer for
they have the commitment and dedication in their work and to the Barangay as well;

Now, therefore on motion of Hon. Genesis P. Bastida duly seconded by the body be it;

Resolved as it is hereby resolved to pass this resolution authorizing SK Chairperson ZAIRA


MAE L. BASNILLO AND SK TREASURER KAITH MARIEL D. DELANTAR to transact
business, deposit and withdraw money in favor of SK Brgy. Manduang, Minglanilla, account at
the Development Bank of the Philippines , Cebu City.

Unanimously Carried and Approved.
