A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SK CHAIRMAN GIL S. DELOS SANTOS AND
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER RUBI ANN A. FERNANDEZ TO OPEN NEW
ACCOUNT WITH LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LBP) BINALONAN EXTENSION
OFFICE FOR THE SK SHARE FROM NATIONAL TAX ALLOTMENT (NTA) SHARE OF
THE BARANGAY STO. DOMINGO, SAN MANUEL, PANGASINAN.
WHEREAS, pursuant to accounting and auditing procedures, only authorized signatories of the
barangay shall transact and draw from deposit account of the finances required and needed in the
administration of the barangay.
WHEREAS, the SK Chairperson GIL S. DELOS SANTOS and has appointed SK Treasurer
RUBI ANN A. FERNANDEZ and was concurred by the Sangguniang Kabataan Council since appointee
possesses all the qualifications and none of the disqualifications as reflected in the paragraph b & c;
That we hereby authorize the said signatories to withdraw, deposit, endorse or negotiate checks
with Landbank;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad JHONVIE S. DILLA and duly seconded by
all present it was;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution remains effective and has not been amended,
revoked or suspended.
RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved to authorized SK Chairman GIL S. DELOS SANTOS, and
Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer RUBI ANN A. FERNANDEZ as the authorized signatories of the
current account to maintained with LBP-BINALONAN EXTENSION OFFICE particularly cash/check
encashment of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sto. Domingo, San Manuel, Pangasinan.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that either one of the SK Chairman or the Sangguniang Kabataan
Treasurer are authorized to request and received the barangay current account bank statement and snap
shots as the barangay needs it.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the said resolution be approved and implemented by the
Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sto. Domingo.
