REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All requests for cancellation/transfer must be in writing and in accordance with the following:
 80% of the entire fee is non-refundable if cancellation is done prior to the start of the course.
 The entire fee is non-refundable for no-show. Candidates have up to 6 months to
complete the course.

TRANSFERS

 If a request for transfer to a different course is made less than one week before the start
of the course, only 50% of the sum from the previous course will be transfer. In this
case the training manual cannot be returned.
