Thank you for your enrolment.

Please find attached the 5 forms and the initial information containing important
details. Please fill them all out, sign, date and send back to this e-mail address as
soon as possible. Once we have them back, we will release the enrolment letter.
Please send the entire document back, not only the last page with your signature
and date.

You need to set up a standing order make the payments as per the dates agreed
or earlier. If the payments are not completed on the dates agreed, a further fee
of £20/month will be added to the total amount until the balance is brought up
to date.

If your payment was missed for more than three months without notice, you
may be taken off the course

You have one year to complete the qualification. Once the qualification
is completed your balance needs to be cleared before the last observations will be
recorded.

In the Private Training agreement, the date set for your standing order is the 18th of
every month. It is a word document, please feel free to amend the date to any date
of the month that would fit your financial circumstances better, then sign it and e-mail
it back.
