Capstone Update #2

What I have accomplished so far

So far, I have chosen everything I will be putting in my cookbook. Since we had two weeks off, I
had a lot of free time to try some of the recipes. I tried making 10 of my recipes which all came
out good, so I started typing out the recipes based off what I was doing while making them.
What I plan to accomplish by the end of the week
By the end of the week, I plan on trying at least 2 more recipes. Which will be bagels and
butternut squash soup. Knowing what I am making before had will avoid any challenges. I also
want to write down 2 of the recipes I already made.
My needs (materials, time, space, mentor etc.)
To achieve what I need to do this week I need my kitchen at home and for it to be free, which I
could make happen I just need to make sure no one needs it and that it is during a time when I
can dedicate the time to make a recipe.
Challenges I encountered and how I have overcome them
My biggest challenge was not having the ingredients I needed to make some of the things I
tried, and since I do not have my driving license, I find myself pausing cooking and baking until
someone can take me in their free time. One way I plan to get around this challenge is planning
what I want to make and going along with someone to the grocery store to get what I need so
that I do not need to randomly.
Pictures/Video evidence of my progress (this is mandatory)
