Through this letter, I would like to briefly summarize my profile.
At the time of submission, I am a 25 Years old unmarried male and I am pleased to apply for
the study permit of Canada. Please see below for my qualifications that make me a deserving
candidate for the study permit of Canada.
I am an Architecture Student, currently at the 7th semester and very close to start my
internship, according to the recent market trends and needs I have decided to enhance my
educational qualification in the business management field, and strongly feel that this is the
right time for me to take this opportunity, in the current market of architecture studios there is
a huge demand of business management professionals so they have to hire more people that
should be necessary if the architects would have already been formed in the business field, so I
am sure once I’m back to my country with a business management diploma in hand, I will be
valued by the employers in Peru. Therefore, I want to get an International Business diploma so
I can increase my odds to get to a very good job offer from an important Architect studio.
I pick Canada over other countries that also offer a business management diploma because of
the high standard when it comes to education, specially in the business line; I also knew that I
wanted to experience a big cultural variety so I picked the city of Vancouver and there the
Cornerstone college because of the personal attention that they have and the flexible program
start dates.
About my educational background I have finished successfully Archicad, Photoshop and
Lumion courses; these are architectural related software, I have also been studying English in
the language center in my University and I got a score of 6.5 on the IELTS certification; I have
participated on two cultural exchange programs on the United States on 2017-2018 and 2018-
2019.
My job history starts here in Peru, I worked at McDonalds when I was 18 years old, after that
at the Asamblea Nacional de Rectores, as a member of the production area; and at the
Superintendencia Nacional de Educacion Superior Universitaria on the same area; I have also
worked at the US in the cultural exchange programs that I attend as a Housekeeper, security

About the financial qualification, is my father who is going to cover all my expenses (please see
Letter of Financial Support and his bank statement for the last 4 months), as it is on record his
savings account in USD has a balance on USD
I assure you that on completion of my course, I will return back, and join the growing
architecture industry of Peru; as its also on record, I have never overstayed on the US because
of my strong ties in Peru, such as my career at the university that I am about to finish, my
mother, father and brother, not accompanying me.
