4. Software introduction
Eclass software developed by Tacteasy Technology Co., Ltd.
The software is widely used for interactive classroom teaching,
as a carrier to the teacher and students that providing written,
raise your hand and ask questions, answer questions, file
sharing, instant test, the results of statistical and other
interactive function. Eclass software is new software located in
interactive classroom. Although it is late, its interactive
function is more perfect and mature.
5. Installation instructions
5.1 Operating environment
OS：Android 4.2 or above
Screen size：7.9 inch or above
Resolution：1280*800
System memory：1G or above
Storage capacity：2G or above
Network communication: WIFI
Interface button(USB): data interface(USB Type-C
port/micro USB）
5.1 Software installation
Download or copy apk software package from PC to
Android file management folder, open file management
(picture 2-1-1), click eClass_V0.0.2.5.beta.xxxxxxxx.apk,
Then it will appear installation interface, just click “Install”
is ok, picture 2-1-2.

After installation it will appear an interface like picture 2-1-2,
click“open” can directly access software, or click “finish”
and close the installation interface, return to desktop you
will find EClass icon and double click to run it.

3. Instruction for use
After install Eclass APK software, double click icon directly to run
it, user can check the software version on start screen. Then enter into
Server login interface, user can use the software according to actual
situation.
A, If this device have not install Eclass Android Server program (no need
fill in user name, password and IP address), just directly choose “offline
login “and sign in to test software, (picture 3-1），enter into software
interface and offline testing(picture 3-2）。

B, If this device already install Eclass Android Server, you can find this
icon from PC desktop, double click this ECLass Mgr, the default user
name: admin / password: 123456

How to check available students’ and teachers ‘users and Server IP
address (picture 3-1-3, 3-1-4, 3-1-5).

The following login users please remember remove “offline login”, and
fill in the available user name, password and IP address.
For the convenient, users can choose “save password”, so next time
you can directly login to use.
Next, let’s check if Android tablets connected WIFI same with device.
It is important to make android tablets and device connect the same

3.1 Offline mode
The drawing function of offline mode is used by single
machine, no need connect to network，can be used to prepare
lessons of android mobile devices. Sharing the photos and
web content by android takes with others. Single function
included new page, setting, background setting, brush, and
eraser, insert image, undo, redo, empty page and save page.
Click icon (3-1-1), comes with a new page, or open
saved page.

Click to popup setting dialog box, see picture 3-1-2，
can set the pens types: Default，Laser，Colorful，Hard，Pencil，
Hollow，Line width setting, pen color setting, pen form
setting. Easer size setting ,point easer, zone
easer-Rectangular round area eraser，easer color setting
and so on.

Click icon and will pop-up background settings dialog
box. Like 3-1-3, set background color and background.

Click icon ,can directly free writing on page, like
picture 3-1-4.

Click insert text to page, like picture 3-1-5。

Click icon to insert images to page, like 3-1-6. Click
“Browse local icons”can select existing images to page.

Click icon to undo current page operation, and back
to previous operation. This function only available there are
object operations.
Click icon to redo current page operation, also this
function should be have redo object, and then the redo
function is available.
Click icon will pop-up if clear current page content.

3.2 Click icon to save current page, and you can open it
from preview page of new page
3.3 Online-mode
Online mode need to login, please check the instruction for us
for login, It divide into teacher and students login, relative to
offline mode function, teacher online mode have additional
function, like start menu, synchronization and students online
list. Students online mode has additional function, like start
menu, synchronization and students online list.
3.3.1 Teacher role login
Teacher client software system menu,
Teacher online mode, click icon display start menu,
functions are: Documents，Paper List，test record，Online
Student，Message Center， Change Password，About，Exit。
※ Click “Documents “to pop up received documents list,
delete and open file functions. Like picture 3-2-1-1-1.

click “start exam” to pop-up dialog for setting test record

testing. Please noted: at least one online student can start
testing, or It will hit a message “This is no online students.
Unable to start exam.”

※ Click “Exam Record” to open testing record，only can
open the testing record from current login teacher account

check this current test paper for all students
scores ,submission time, total score and total testing time;
Click “Paper detail” to check selected students test paper
and explanation in detail, and can check each topics answer

accuracy” to check each topic statistical result（picture

※ Click Online Student to get online students list （ picture
3-2-1-1-10），the list functions included: question, document
copy, document sharing, manual synchronizing teacher page
to students, lock students screen, unlock students screen,
check students screen, black students screen, unlock students
black screen, allow student writing to all screens and forbid
student writing to all screens. Each student can display their
current
status.

※ Click “Message Center” and open message center, the
functions included: delete message history, New questions
are asked from online user lists, View all message records

※ Click “Change Password” to modify current login user
name and password.

※ Click “About” to display ABOUT information, can be
customized according to customer information.

3.3.1.1 Synchronization
※ Click to Synchronize all the contents of the teacher's
page to the student (Picture 3-2-1-2-1).

Students online mode, click display start menu,
functions list：Documents，Online Teacher，Message Center，
Change Password，About，Exit。
※ Click “Documents” to pop-up received documents
information, and can delete and open those documents.
※ Click “Online Teacher” to display online teacher list
