I. Mobilization
• OPSBA to check Trucks before site Entrance.
• Check Up tools Before site access.
• Safety Induction for employees
• OPSBA Supervision during Equipment Mobilization.
• Transportation for the loading truck to the agreed storage area.
• Mobilize Material from Truck to Assign Storage area.
• Unloading heavy material will be using a forklift.
• Unloading light material will be using manpower.

II. Installing new 5 sumps inside tanks
• OPSBA to complete work Permits for work and Site verification according to OPSBA
Permit to work procedures.
• TBT Before work Starting.
• Complete Green light Safety and Lifesaving checks.
• Review with OPSBA Team Tank Isolation Before Work Starting.
• Confirm with OPSBA on Cleaning and Degassing certification for Tank.
• Cleaning & empty and degassing the oil tanks by OPSBA.
• Gas Measurement from Manhole and Make sure LEL = 0 and O2 = 20.5
• After confirming near manhole point reading Start to Measure Deferent Points inside
Tank.
• Prohibit access to tank in Case of any defection of reading ( LEL & O2 ).
• Confined Space Entry Log on Place with confined space watcher.
• Check Grinding MC before work Starting.
• Worker to wear Proper PPEs (Hot work approved coverall & Grinding face protection &
anti-slippery safety shoes
• Bm 25 to be in tank before work Starting and Make sure LEL reding zero during Hot
work Starting and not Allowed to work or start if the reading increased more than zero.
• Fire watcher on Place with a cooling equipment & approved fire Extinguishers per
OPSBA Standard.
• Cutting old Sump by using electric grinding machine. • Water Spring Before Work
Starting on SUMP.
• Continuous Cooling after each Cutting with water.

• Follow Ergonomics Standard and Precisions during Old Sump Movement out Tank and
New One Entry.
• Check tank ground under the Old Sump and Make sure area clean from oil before new
sump fixing and work starting.
• Bm 25 to be in tank before work Starting and Make sure LEL reding zero during Hot
work Starting and not Allowed to work or Start if the reading increased more than
zero.
• Suppling rolled steel sheets (wall of the sumps).
• Suppling round sections of steel sheets (bottom and top of the sumps).
• Transporting the steel material to the specified location by forklift (Supplied by
OPSBA).
• Cutting only supports or parts of cooling rings (that will be obstacles for doings works)
by grinding machine.
• Cutting and removing the old sumps by grinding machines.
• Assembling the parts of the oil sumps inside the tanks (to make it accessible to enter
the tank) by welding machine.
• Installing the oil sumps in the specified location by welding machine.
• Re-welding the supports and cooling rings by welding machine

GENERAL SAFETY RULES
Training
All operatives are adequately trained to carry out required tasks.
Engineers and supervisors hold current certification and have the following training: Work
site safety training.
Working at height
When working at height, site operatives must ensure that the working area is cleared on a
period basis to ensure that there is continually a clear and safe working area to prevent slips
trips and falls.
A harness and proper anchoring point must be available for any works at heights.
Minimum PPE requirements
ALL PPE TO BE AS TOTAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
• Helmet & harness with chain strap for working at height.
• Face shield, Apron, welding gloves for welding.
• Safety boots
• Safety clothes
• Safety gloves
• Safety glasses
• Painting PPE according to product MSDS (refer to PPES matrix).
First aid
Refer to the onsite safety notice board for all first aid information.
A first aid box with enough equipment to cope with the number of workers
on site should be provided for by the client or principal contractor.
The client or principal contractor should nominate an appointed person to take
care of first-aid arrangements.
The number of appointed first aiders shall be dependent on the number of employees.
Emergency procedures
3 Fire Extinguishers 6Kg still valid and unexpired along with required material safety data
sheet must be provided during working at site.
The client or principal contractor will ensure that the existing site emergency procedures are
followed and that relevant information is given to operatives at time of induction or when
changes are made to procedures.
