How to edit a comma separated drop-down list
1. Select the cells containing the drop-down list (B3:B10).
2. On the Data tab, in the Data Tools group, click Data Validation. This will open the Data Validation dialog box.
3. In the Source box, change, add or remove comma-separated items.
4. Click OK to save the changes.

How to edit a drop down menu based on a range of cells
1. Add or remove items from the source list (E3:E5).
2. Select the cells containing your drop-down list (B3:B10).
3. On the Data tab, click Data Validation.
4. In the Data Validation window, change the range reference in the Source box. You can either edit the reference manually
