Units and Measurement-

Physical Quantities-It is a Property of body which can be measured.
There are 2 types Quantites
1- Fundamental Quantities-the physical Quantities which are
independent to each other are called Fundamental Quantities and their
units are called Fundamental Units
2- Derrived Quantities-the physical Quantities which are obtained in
terms of fundamental Quantities are derived quantities and their units
are called Derrived units Exp-Velocity (m/s), Force (N) WORK (J) etc
Basic Units- meter, Kilogram and Second
System of units -1- CGS- Centimeter , Gram ,Second
