HEALTH:

To do some work , to find some charm in life and to live a worth living life. The one and foremost
thing is a healthy lifestyle. To live a successful life, mental health, physical health, spiritual
health, emotional health, and financial health are really very important.
But mental health is prior and has an imminent role so goes for physical health. These two types
are essential and are discussed in many regards.

Mental fitness:
financially strong people are not surrounded by problems related to finance and they don’t worry
about their expenses much which helps them live calmly. People who are spiritually healthy
have peace in their life and they have a purpose in life they stay liberated from many of the
tensions. If a person is spiritually healthy he must be satisfied with his life because these types
of people always choose a better society, a society free from toxicity.

Too many weak and strong people surrounding us have their own emotional health. People who
have strong emotions endure too many criticism without losing control. Whereas the people who
take a single harsh word very hardly lose their emotions and their key to success.

MENTAL HEALTH:
Society makes and nurtures the mental health of a person. A person with better feelings and
less social problems has a perfect mental health in a sense. Because the people who live
around you like neighbors. Their talking style and their lifestyle, the way they deal with
problems, the way they think about things and their thoughts about sectarianism, patriotism etc.
affects your mental health.

mental illness:
A socially inferior environment makes a person mentally ill. Mental health play a vital role in
active and healthy life and it is harder to maintain a good mental health than physical health.
Mental health is hard to define because it depends upon an individual's own experience; few
signs of some types of mental illness are observed in CT scans.

Stand firmly against the problem you're facing. Never lose hope
be powerful, secure yourself from criticism of others. Be strong and never show others if you are
getting weak all you have to show them is that you are strong and you can do it.
don’t spoil your mental condition in front of people by showing them your weaknesses, they
make your fun and nothing.
start talking boldly in front of everybody.
work hard for your goals .don’t work for those who don’t respect your work .because sometimes
people hurt you by ignoring and by degrading you.
you can alleviate your mental illness by ignoring people surrounding you who criticize you.
Our mind works every second of our life so make sure that it’s not thinking negatively. Always
think in a positive way and save yourself from mental illness.
PHYSICAL HEALTH:
Second major category of health is physical health . People who have good health, their bodies
function properly and their working progress is good . Its not important to be disease free ,
people think that eating healthy food makes them physically healthy, yeah it does but daily
exercise , balanced diet and adequate rest are prerequisite . To avoid risk of disease, a healthy
lifestyle is required and for a healthy lifestyle it is important to maintain physical fitness .

7–8 hours of sleep is adequate for adults and aged people like 50–65 whilst teenagers and
babies require maximum hours of sleep for their growth.
Near about 5 miles(8 kilometers) of walk is required.
avoid Tobacco , alcohol , heroin , cocaine and other drugs. They are extremely injurious to
health.
get Vaccination done when there are chances of contracting that disease.
get Vaccination done when you travel to different countries where disease is still prevalent.
Fitness:
Everybody knows that exercise is important for physical health and an essential part of health
because it stops the growth of several diseases, makes you fit, helps you in losing weight and
saves you from the following diseases.

Alzheimer ,Parkinson ,mental disorders, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and cerebrovascular


decline are associated with poor physical fitness. To save yourself from growing illness and to
make yourself physically healthy do exercise, join gym, and walk daily in morning.

DIET:
Diet is the second important part of health. A person who usually has a good diet will be
healthier and cheerful than others. Diet plays a significant role in human life because many
diseases come into being in the result of unhealthy eating. It’s better to have veggies and fruits
in your diet. Don’t make major changes, it's better to make small changes and then stick to them
punctually. Don’t be hard on yourself.

First thing is to eat within the limit. Some people eat fast and gain more weight than slow eaters.
You might think that what is the logic behind this seems ridiculous but when we eat our
hormones conveys the message to the brain that how much we have eaten and what is our
need. Brain takes at least 20 minutes to receive that message. So when a person eats slowly in
another sense he gives a message to the brain.

1. Eating slowly reduces numerous calories.


2. Chewing slowly and heedfully helps in controlling weight.
3. Make sure that the bread you are eating is completely made of whole grain, and not of
refined grain.
4. Add greek yogurt (thicker and creamier than regular) in your diet.
5. Add eggs in your diet .They are very healthy for breakfast and beneficial too.
6. Add some protein in your daily food like dairy products,nuts, peanut butter, eggs and
beans.
7. Drink maximum water a day minimum 9 glasses of water per day.
8. Avoid fried foods .Start eating bake، roast, and boiled food. For good health choose
boiled potatoes instead of French fries.
9. consume healthy oils like soybeans, cotton seeds, sunflowers and canola oil.
10. Eat fruits and vegetables
