Web Development Contract
This Web Development Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Contract Date], between [Client
Name] ("Client"), located at [Client Address], and [Developer Name] ("Developer"), located at
[Developer Address].
Project Description
1. Scope of Work: Developer agrees to create a website portfolio for Client as per the Website
Portfolio Proposal dated [Proposal Date]. The website will include, but is not limited to, the
following pages:
a. Home Page
b. About
c. Services
d. Finishes
e. Gallery
f. Contact Us
2. Development Packages: Client has chosen [Option 1 or 2] for website development:
a. Package: [Basic/Standard/Premium]
b. Price: [Package Price]
3. Additional Services: Developer agrees to provide the following additional services:
a. Social Media Setup and Management
b. Basic SEO Setup
c. Integration (Payment, Notifications, Other 3rd Party Automation)
4. Support: Developer includes support for up to 3 months post-deployment or project
completion, including bug fixes and minor updates.
Terms and Conditions
1. Payment: Client agrees to pay Developer the agreed-upon amount according to the
following schedule:
a. Deposit: [Amount] due upon signing this Contract.
b. Progress Payments: [Percentage] due upon completion of each milestone as
outlined in the Website Portfolio Proposal.
c. Final Payment: Balance due upon project completion and before deployment.
2. Timeline: Developer will provide a project timeline upon signing this Contract. Client agrees
to provide timely feedback and necessary materials (content, images, etc.) to avoid delays.
3. Revisions: Up to 20 minor revisions and up to 3 major revisions are included in the project
scope. Major revisions include changes that affect whole page design, functionality, or
significant content/image updates. Additional revisions will be charged at 800 PHP per hour.
4. Ownership: Upon final payment, Client will own the completed website. Developer retains
the right to showcase the project as part of their portfolio and use screenshots or links in
promotional materials.
5. Post-Deployment Support: Developer agrees to provide support for up to 3 months post-
deployment or project completion, including bug fixes and minor updates. Additional
support beyond this period may be provided under a separate agreement.
6. Exclusions: Domain registration, hosting fees, and additional plugins beyond basic setup are
excluded from this Contract and will be the responsibility of the Client.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Contract with a written notice. In the event of
termination, Client agrees to compensate Developer for work completed up to the
termination date.
