**Day 1: Marrakech to Dades Gorges**
We start the day early, at 8:00 AM, leaving behind Marrakech with its splendid and boisterous host of
life. Opportunity to enjoy landscapes starts from the crossing of the High Atlas Mountains on the way
over the Tizi n'Tichka pass. The first place of call for stopping is at the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, where one
gets the chance to visit this historic site. Proceeding further, we make our way to Ouarzazate, crossing
the Atlas Film Studios and the Taourirt Kasbah. As we drive further on the Grand Oasis Road Skoura, we
wear down from the heat of the African sun. Eventually, at the close of the day, we reach our guesthouse
in the Dades Gorges where we can relax from the long drive on the same day, dine at the guesthouse in a
true Moroccan way, and look at the white stars of light on this very hot summer night.
**Day 2: Dades Gorges to Merzouga**
At 8:30 AM, we leave through the Dades Valley after breakfast: a very nice region for its great contrasting
landscapes. We'll visit the tremendous Todra Gorges before enjoying a short walk for about an hour
along the canyons. In the afternoon, we hit the road toward the Sahara Desert via Erfoud and Rissani.
Once in Merzouga, we ride camels right into the dunes for a beautiful sunset. We'll have a delicious
dinner with Moroccan music near dunes under the vast desert sky. Comfortable tents are waiting for you
for this unforgettable night.
**Day 3: Merzouga to Fes**
We will rise early to witness a beautiful sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast at the camp, it will be
time to make a return camel trek to Merzouga. Depart at 8:00 AM. We go through the Ziz Valley, very
green, leading us to an included lunch stop in the town of Midelt. Onward with our journey, we pass
through the cedar forests of the Middle Atlas and have the opportunity to glimpse Barbary macaques.
Driving on, we pass through Ifrane, often referred to as "Little Switzerland," before reaching Fes at
around 6:00 PM. So, this truly three-day unforgettable tour will end as we reach this history-laden city to
discover its centuries.
