PROCEDURE

hot water together until the cocoa powder
dissolves, set aside.
3. In a large bowl, I whisk together and the
flour, sugar, I baking soda, I baking powder
and salt.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the
eggs, oil, vanilla and butter milk
5. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry
ingredients
6. Beat the batter for about 1-2mins until
smooth
7. Evenly distribute the batter between the
pans and bake for abt 30-45mins or until a
tester comes out clean
