Procedure For Payment of Fees using SBI Collect
The annual admission fee is accepted online using SBI Collect. For making
payment the following are the steps.
STEPS:
1. Visit the link: https://onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/
2. The following screen will appear
3. Select category as “Educational Institutions”
4. Select 'WALCHAND INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY' from the list of Name of
Educational Institutions.
5. After selecting College the next screen will appear. Here enter your Enrollment No.
given by college and click on „Fetch Payment Details‟ as follows
6. The head wise fee details will appear on the screen. Enter your mobile no and
remarks if any.
7. Then in following screen Enter the details such as name, Date of Birth, mobile no
and email id. On successful completion of payment, you will receive the transaction
reference number on this mobile number and email id. Then Click on I have read
and agreed checkbox. Enter Captcha and click on Next button.

9. For completing payment following are the payment options with charges
Payment options are
A. Net Banking
State Bank of India and associate Banks
Other Banks.
B. Card Payments
State Bank ATM-cum-Debit Card
Other Bank Debit Card
All Credit Cards.
C. Other Payment Modes
SBI Branch. (to generate a pre-printed challan and pay at any SBI branch)
NEFT / RTGS. (to generate a pre-printed remittance form through
NEFT/RTGS at any bank branch)
Choose the desired option and make the payment
10. On completion of payment through one of the above mentioned payment mode,
student shall take a printout of the e-receipt online and contact office for
confirmation of admission/provisional admission.
In case, you have opted for SBI Branch/NEFT/RTGS (Other Payment Modes)
mode of payment you have to generate the e-receipt after completion of
transaction by revisiting the link https://onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/. Select “Transaction
History” from the menu as shown in the screen shot below and further by entering
the required details.
At the time of using Internet Banking of any Bank (including SBI) OrCredit
Cards you should know the SINGLE TRANSACTION LIMIT as well as DAY
TRANSACTION LIMIT of card/ internet banking service of your bank.
If the amount to be paid through SB Collect is more than the limit, pleasenote
that the payment transaction will not be successful.
Student may approach to his / her Bank for procedure to increase theInternet
Banking (INB) Transaction LIMIT.
Whenever money is deducted from your account and SB collect payment shows
message that Transaction not successful or Transaction failure please by
revisiting the link https://onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/. Select “Customer Support” and act
accordingly.
