Guideline for Paying MBA Fees via SBI Collect
Step 1: Access the SBI Collect Portal
1. Open your web browser and go to the following URL: SBI Collect.

Step 2: Enter Payment Details
1. After selecting the payment category, a form will appear requiring you to input your
details. (this might be auto-selected)
2. The form may ask for the following information:
✓ Name of the Student
✓ Date of Birth
✓ Mobile Number
✓ Father Name
✓ Aadhar Number
✓ Email Address
✓ Fee Amount (this might be auto-filled based on your selection)
✓ Additional Details (if required by your institution)
3. Carefully enter all the details and double-check for accuracy.
4. Your Details: Enter the following details in this Section:
✓ Select whether you are individual/ Organization
✓ Name of the Student
✓ Date of Birth
✓ Mobile Number
✓ Aadhar Number
5. Check the box that says "I have read and accepted the terms and conditions stated
above."
6. Select one of the Captcha Option and enter Captha
7. Click on the "Next" button to move forward.
Step 3: Verify Your Details
1. After submission, you will be shown a summary of the details you entered.
2. Verify that all the information is correct. If you need to make any changes, click
"Edit" to go back.
3. Click on the "Next" button to move forward.
Step 4: Proceed to Payment
1. Once you are satisfied with the details, click on the "Next" button to proceed to the
payment gateway.
2. You will be presented with various payment options, such as:
o Net Banking
o Credit/Debit Card
o UPI
3. Select your preferred payment method and follow the prompts to complete the
transaction.
Step 5: Print the Payment Receipt
1. After successful payment, a receipt will be generated.
2. Download and save the payment receipt for your records. You may also receive an
email or SMS confirmation.
Important Reminders:
• Keep the receipt: Always keep a copy of your payment receipt until your payment is
confirmed by your institution.
• Contact support if needed: If you encounter any issues during the payment process,
you can contact SBI Collect support or your institution's finance office for assistance.
