ADVANCED HCM DURATION

DESCRIPTION
This three-day course is for administrators and functional leads TRAINING CREDITS
who have responsibility for configuration and maintenance of 1.5
Workday Human Capital Management (HCM). In this course,
you will learn how to configure tenant branding, enable tenant
preferences (e.g., hide and require fields), and secure data including personal pronouns and
public profile settings. Additionally, you will learn about managing domestic assignments, using
the multiple jobs functionality, and how to configure questionnaires for termination exit
interviews. By completing this course, you will have greater control over common staffing
transactions using the Change Job templates and business process template consolidations;
and also using reporting tools to help support viewing transaction data and system
troubleshooting.

• Configure landing pages, applications, dashboards, and worklets to meet business
requirements.
• Configure announcements to alert workers of important information.

2: Tenant Preferences and Data Visibility
• Demonstrate how to hide and require fields to meet business requirements.
• Employ configuration options to manage and secure visibility of personal data.
• Summarize the duplicate management framework.
3: Advanced Staffing Transactions and Configuration Options
• Configure Change Job reasons and templates.
• Maintain business process templates and rule-based template consolidations.
