Possible Causes : Data in port is opened in rectifier software but still not in use, or the connected equipment to this
data input is faulty
DIN 4 • Confirm that there’s no faulty equipment is connected to the rectifier
• If all equipment operation is ok close the unused data input port
o Press enter, Parameters settings -> Alarm parameters -> DI dry contact params -> DIN 4 (set to close)
Possible Causes: some LLVD fuses are not operating as expected
LLVD LOAD FUSE • Check all fuses status
BROKEN • If there’s any LLVD fuse has load connected but the fuse is at off mode, turn it on
• If there’s any unused LLVD fuse and it’s switched on, switch it off
Possible Causes: some BLVD fuses are not operating as expected
BLVD LOAD FUSE • Check all fuses status
BROKEN • If there’s any BLVD fuse has load connected but the fuse is at off mode, turn it on
If there’s any unused BLVD fuse and it’s switched on, switch it off
Possible Causes: Rectifier or batteries cabinet cooling is not working properly
• Check TEC cooling card and make sure that it’s powered on
TEC COOLER FAULT
• Escalate on spot if not solved
Possible Causes
• The battery fuse detection cable is disconnected.
Battery Fuse Break
• The battery circuit breaker trips or battery fuse is blown.
Steps
• Check whether the battery fuse detection cable is disconnected. If it is disconnected, reconnect it.
• Check whether the battery circuit breaker is disconnected or the battery fuse is blown. If the battery breaker
is disconnected or the battery fuse is blown, rectify the battery loop fault and then switch on the circuit
breaker or replace the fuse.
Possible Causes
• Rectifiers are not powered on.
• Rectifiers are faulty.
• The subrack or slot connectors are faulty.
• The SMU (Controller) is faulty.
steps
RECTIFIER MISSING
1. Check whether rectifier circuit breakers are ON. If not, switch them on.
2. Check whether rectifiers are removed. If so, confirm the reason and reinstall them.
3. Replace faulty rectifiers.
4. Check whether rectifiers in the rectifier subrack do not work. If so, remove these rectifiers and check whether
their slot connectors are damaged. If the connectors are damaged, repair or replace the slot connectors or the
entire subrack.
5. If the alarm persists after the preceding measures are taken and the SMU is restarted, replace the SMU
