Tool Designer – Sheet metal & Machining -Preparation of detail 2D Tool drawing for manufacturing as per ANSI Y14.5M
-Knowledge in Aerospace material, GD&T, fits and tolerances, Manufacturing process
-Experience on NC Programming in Catia ,NX , Vericut, Process Sheet Creation, Raw material Estimation, APQP Document Creation
CNC Programmer
-Knowledge on cutting tools & parameters, 3/4/5 Axis machining, Turning programming and Mill turn exposure, Aerospace material, GD&T
-Experience on Process Sheet Creation, Raw material Estimation, APQP Creation, Tool order creation, Sheet metal forming Machine
Process/Methods/Manufacturing Engineer –
-AutoCAD, Catia, SAP, Aerospace material, GD&T, Heat Treatment

-Preparation of make or buy, cost estimation for the RFQ parts
-Knowledge in Aerospace Manufacturing, Handling instruments & inspection methods for receiving, inprocess & final inspections.
