I. INTRODUCTION
In today's dynamic and competitive job market, gaining practical experience through internships has become an
essential stepping stone for students on their journey toward a successful career. Internships provide a distinctive
chance to translate theoretical knowledge into practical scenarios, cultivate essential skills, and establish a
professional network [6], [7]. However, navigating the internship landscape can be challenging, both for students
seeking opportunities and for organizations offering them.
A program of industrial training or an internship is required as part of the engineering diploma requirements
[11]. Every student must finish the required eight-week industry attachment program. With this objective in
mind, students have the freedom to choose organizations from either the public or private sectors [4]. Students
gain exposure to the actual workplace through this training, which also helps with their career and personal
growth [2], [5]. The knowledge and experience gained from various topics during the internship also assist
students in the development of their final year projects [9].
To address these challenges and empower students and internship providers alike, we are proud to introduce our
Internship Provider Website. This innovative platform serves as a bridge between aspiring students and forward-
thinking organizations, facilitating the seamless placement of talented individuals into exciting internship roles.
Our Internship Provider Website is designed to revolutionize the way student’s access internships and how
organizations identify and mentor emerging talent. Whether you are a student eager to kick-start your career
journey or an organization seeking to tap into fresh, motivated talent, our platform offers a range of benefits that
make the internship process smoother, more transparent, and ultimately more rewarding for everyone involved.
The objective of this system is to securing campus placement, considering a range of factors including gender,
percentage scores in SSC (Secondary School Certificate) and HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate), HSC stream,
degree percentage, and type of degree, work experience, and e-test performance [3].

II. PROPOSED METHODOLOGY
The proposed methodology for an internship provider website involves a multi-faceted approach. It begins with
market research to identify industry demand and potential partners. The website's development includes a user-
friendly design, robust backend databases for internship listings, and applicant profiles. Collaboration with
educational institutions and companies is essential for internship opportunities. An integrated application and
matching system connects students with relevant internships. Quality control mechanisms ensure internships
meet standards, while analytics track user engagement and success rates.
An internship provider website works as follows_ Employers register and create detailed profiles, posting
internship listings with comprehensive details. Prospective interns create profiles showcasing their qualifications,
skills, and career goals. The website employs matchmaking algorithms to suggest relevant internships based on
user profiles [6]. Interns apply directly through the platform, submitting required documents. Automated
notifications keep users updated on application statuses and interview invitations. Employers manage
applications via a dashboard, facilitating communication with applicants [1], [10].
Continuous improvement through user feedback and adapting to changing market needs ensures the website's
effectiveness in bridging the gap between students and valuable internship experiences.
III. PROPOSED PRODUCT
When the users access the website, they will be welcomed with several pages showing how-to-steps and
facilities to operate the system and communicate among the users (recruiter, student). Each page of the website is
explained below in figure 1.
