How to view past statements
1. Log into the Internet Bank.
2. Choose the View accounts tab.
3. Choose your current account from the account list.
4. Choose Statement archive from the View accounts menu.
5. Choose a statement date to view the full statement.
You can download up to 36 months of your past statements as PDF files.

Using the Banking app
To get your account balance in the Banking app:
1. Log in to the Banking app.
2. Select the account you wish to view from the list.
Though it's not possible to download a statement in our app, you can see all the payments in and out
of your account in the transaction list. This will be set to 1 month but if you choose the activity
from option, you'll be able to choose different time periods.

• Under your profile, go to ‘My Barclays documents’
• Select a document from any account to view, download and print it
In the Barclays app
• Open the app and tap ‘More’
• Choose ‘Statements and documents’
• Select any document to view, download and print it

Select an account - Sign in and select the account you want to view.
View account menu - Select the three dot account menu.
Select your options - Select 'Download or print statement' to save or print. For paper copies, select
'Order paper statements.’
Choose statements - Choose the statements you would like to download, print or order and follow
the instructions.

Select an account - Sign in and select the account you want to view.
Select ‘Statement options’ – On your account page, select 'Statement options’.
Print, download - Next, select to print or download a copy.

To View your statements online:
• Log in to online banking
• Click the “Statements & Documents” link from the navigation menu
• Identify the statement you wish to view
• Under “Action”, select either “View in PDF/ Text Format” or “Download”
• Click “Go”; your statement will open in a separate window

You can find and download your statements in the Monzo app. The file includes pot statements, in the
section after your main account statement.
• Tap the Home icon in the menu bar
• Tap Manage to the right of your transaction feed
• Tap Bank statements
• Select the date range you'd like
• Select the format you'd like the document in (PDF, CSV, QIF)

How can I download a Statement of Balances?
A Statement of Balances is a document that shows the available funds in your account on a desired
date. You can download your Statement of Balances in PDF format:
• Go to Settings (click on your name at the top left of the screen)
• Open Statements page
• Choose Statement of balances
• Select date
• Click Get statement.
The document is downloaded in the language your app is currently set to. To change the language,
go to Settings page → scroll down to Location → select language.

Log in to Digital Banking
• Select 'Statements' from the main menu and then 'View, save and print PDF statements and
certificates of interest (up to 7 years)' from the 'Your accounts' section
• Select the account you want the statement for, and then 'Next'
• From the list of available statements select the one you need to print, and then 'View Statement'
• Select 'Download Statement (PDF)' at the start of the page if you want an electronic copy too

How do I view and print my statements?
Statements available within online banking are for transactional information only and not a
replacement of your paper statement which remains your actual bank statement for your account.
They are available to view for up to 25 months from the date you started to use business online
banking.
1. Log in to online banking
2. Under 'Shortcuts' select 'View statements and reports' or 'Reports & statements' on the left of
the dashboard
3. Select 'Statements' from the 'Search for a statement or report' drop-down menu
4. Select the account you want to see a statement for, from the 'Account no' drop-down menu
5. Select either 'Date range' or 'Statement period' to search your statements
6. If you select 'Date range', enter 'from' and 'to' dates
7. Click 'search' and all statements from the 'Date range' or 'Statement period' chosen will be
displayed, if no results are shown please broaden the search range
8. Click the link under the 'Account / Report ID' of the statement you'd like to view
9. If you want to save the statement as a .txt file, click 'Save as TXT' If you want to save the
statement as a PDF or XLS file, click 'Download'
10. Click 'Back' in the top left of the screen to go back to your search.

You can view and search for transactions and statements that go back 7 years using Online Banking
(as long as your account has been open throughout that period).
Log in to Online Banking
• Select 'Statements' from the main menu and then 'View, save and print PDF statements and
certificates of interest (up to 7 years)' from the 'Your accounts' section
• Select the account you want the statement for, and then 'Next'
• From the list of available statements select the one you need to print, and then 'View Statement'
• Select 'Download Statement (PDF)' at the start of the page if you want an electronic copy too

To download your statements in your internet banking:
• Login to Personal and Business internet banking platform
• Click on the account(s) you would like to see Statements for
• Click ‘Documents’
• Click ‘Account Statements’
• Select which years statements you want to see
• Click ‘View' for the month you would like to see
• You can now see and download your statement
