lack of guilt or remorse when one’s actions cause
harm.

Psychopathy (threats, manipulation) and bullying work
behaviour (physical or verbal threatening).

• They may be cunning, which helps them gain


power in an organization, but they do not use that
power toward healthy ends for themselves or their
organization.
