A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORBLE MAYOR IMELDA A. AGUILAR
OF LAS PINAS CITY TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONBTRUCTION OF
MULTI-PURPOSE HALL FOR THE LUCKY HOMES HOMEOWNERS’
ASSOCIATION, INC OF BARANGARAY PULANGLUPA UNO,
LAS PINAS CITY
Whereas, the Luckyhomes Homeowners’ Association, Inc Phase I located in Pulanglupa Uno,
Las Piñas City is a registered HOA in the Department of Human Settles and Urban Development
with Reg. No. 04-4574 by virtue of RA 11201 and formerly Housing and Land Use Regulatory
Board by virtue of RA 9004 known as An Act Providing for a Magna Carta for Homeowners and
Homeowners’ Associations, and For Other Purposes.
Whereas, the Luckyhomes Homeowners’ Association, Inc. was established in 2004 through a
Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) entered into by the Luckyhomes Homeowners’ Association,
Inc. and SPS Nicanor Elepano under the guidance of the late Hon. Mayor Nene Aguilar serving
ninety-four (94) active homeowners.
Whereas, the Board of Directions of the Luckyhomes Homeowners’ Association, Inc do hereby
accord to pass a resolution requesting the City Mayor’s Office through Honorable City Mayor,
City of Las Pinas to allocate funds for the construction of a Multipurpose Hall for the
homeowners of the Luckyhomes Homeowners’ Association, Inc.
Whereas, for a long time since its establishment in 2004 the dream of the homeowners of
Luckyhomes Homeowners’ Association Inc. a multipurpose hall is indispensable in serving the
increasing number of its homeowners of the association to hold its activities.
Whereas, the realization of the intent of this resolution will shade light of hope and anticipation
for the homeowners of this association for a long-waited space and venue which can be used to
facilitate the HOA’s daily operations with civility and pride.
Therefore, on motion of HOA President Rodolfo T. Marcelo duly seconded by HOA Vice
President Freddie Pobeda, it was resolved as it is hereby resolved.
Resolved, that with the full deep concern of the members of the board of directors to request
from the City Mayor’s Office through Hon. Mayor Imelda A. Aguilar funds for the construction
of a multipurpose hall at the vacant lot located at B1 Lot 7 Luckyhomes in Pulanglupa Uno, Las
Pinas City with 22 sqm more or less.
Carried unanimously.
