The following instructions have to be followed by us for our project work
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POWER POINT PRESENTATION
The following content should be included in the PPT:
1. Project title, reg.no & students name and SUPERVISOR name in the 1st slide
2. Objective- should answer the following questions: What is the aim of doing the project?
Why to carry out the project we have chosen? To clear the state the problems and suggest the solution 3. Compare the proposed project with Existing systems and explain the problems considered, solutions and benefits on detail
4. Literature survey- start with the BASE PAPER and the reference papers followed (state
the problems) 5. Specifications on the prototype model 6. Methodology- BLOCK DIAGRAM and Explanation (e.g.: with algorithms/methods) 7. Specific APPLICATIONS of the project 8. Expected/Obtained RESULTS 9. How to demonstrate the final project 10. Work plan: It includes design fabrication and testing of different modules and integration of all modules, testing of complete module obtaining results, detail analysis of results, preparation of reports, simulation etc. 11. Estimated BUDGET and details about financial support (if any: e.g. sponsors to your project). 12. References- to be included in IEEE format.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Clear explanation and justification about the project with logical, reasonable and scientific answers from the reference paper submitted. 2. Explanation about the selection of various components involved in the project 3. Presentation only in ENGLISH (not exceeding 15 minutes by the batch) 4. PPTs and Graphs background color should be light in color (preferably white) 5. Proper paragraph settings: line spacing and alignments, 14 is the minimum for FONT size to be used
6. Maximum of 8 points in a SLIDE with NO ANIMATION EFFECTS.
7. Clear depiction of the picture in the slide, no blurred images to be used. 8. If necessary, to the maximum of 5 images can be used in a PPT.
9. Graphs should have title, X & Y axis labels, scale numbers and units.
10. Questions may come random from the reviewers, must be prepared enough to answer all those. Any type of Question may be asked to anyone in a group
11. On the day of presentation, proper dress code must be followed along with the ID
cards compulsorily 12. Hard copy of the PPT should be submitted on the day of presentation (minimum of 2) during the review, it has to be signed by the respective guide with all the corrections done getting the SIGNATURE is mandatory 13. Questions have to be noted down and if not answered, it has to be answered in the next review for sure at the beginning itself. 14. Separate files to be carried by us, attach 10 blank sheets and an evaluation sheet for the reviewers and maintain the record.
15. Report Preparation should begin from the month of February in a prescribed format (it
will be announced later) 16. Maintain the Project notebook with the supervisor signature every working day 17. Based on the progress shown to the supervisor and to our project coordinator only, our batch will be allowed for the reviews.
Other Instructions
1. Students should actively respond to the queries, behave responsibly and should not get
into arguments with the reviewers
2. Students presenting their work in the National/International Conferences/Symposiums
will be appreciated and given additional marks

Personal cautionary note: Submit the daily attendance slips by 3.30pm itself; maintain the project notebook with the guide sign because at any time our project coordinator may look into it. In the PPTs we present or in the PCBs we bring on the day of demonstration, see to that the project center/industry name is not labeled anywhere. Do not lose your project files and the notebook and dont try to absent yourself on the day of review
