Good morning Sir Madam first of all thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce
myself. My name is Noralie Nicol, 22 years old from Mauraro, Guinobatan, Albay , Currently,
pursuing my 4th year of studying with the course of Bachelor of Science in information technology
at CCDI Legazpi, I graduated high school at Mauraro National High School in 2019 and after that I
pursued training and got two certificates from TESDA, the one is Computer System Servicing NC
2 and Contact Center Services and C2 at CCA Legazpi.
During my Senior High School I had the opportunity to do work immersion at Denver’s
Computer Shoppe, where I learned to assemble new computer units and how to handle it
properly, also assist customer in their concern for two weeks
Following my graduation I work as a computer assistant at sites Internet shop in
Guinobatan ,Albay . In this role I gained experience in encoding ,editing ,assisting customers and
troubleshooting computers
Later on, I worked at Jollibee LCC Legazpi as a dining crew ,but due to the pandemic, the
job becomes unstable, leading me to transfer to Jollibee Albay. Despite the challenges brought by
the pandemic, it taught me that value of hard work, resilience and importance of time and
teamwork, especially in providing exceptional customer service.
