THIS IS TO REPORT that in accordance with instructions received from our Principal, HMS Bergbau USA Corp., to
perform analysis of the above-mentioned shipment, we hereby report the following.
Sampling: Mechanical sampling was performed by SGS. Increments were collected using a mechanical sampling
system (MSS) during the loading of the vessel.
No MSS bias test data or certificate was made available to SGS. Liability is limited to the analysis of
samples collected. The test results obtained from such samples may not be representative of the
consignment from which the samples were collected.Analysis performed in accordance with ASTM
Standards or other International Standards and SGS Procedures
