CABIN CREW

1. To become a cabin crew a candidate must


possess a high school diploma or
equivalent with secondary education or
college preferred
2. Must possess basic computer literacy and
math competency
3. Must have at least two years of direct
customer service experience
4. The most important step is to clear all
levels of interviews and should do the
training of minimum three months
BASIC SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED

•!• JOB DISCRIPTION

1. The Cabin crew is required to produce a detailed report after every flight
2. The flight attendent have first aid kits to provide the passenger with first aid and
medical assistance
3. Assisting passengers and welcome passengers on plane, check their tickets,
directs them to their seats and help them put their hand luggage
4. A cabin crew is required to prepare and serve drinks and food to passengers, take
orders from passengers
5. In case of an emergency airhostess along with other cabin crew members take
charge and manage the situation
6. Another important job of cabin crew is to check all safety equipment on the
plane to ensure its all working
7. Ensuring plane is all clean and tidy
