During my observations the teacher use classroom management, she maintains an
organized, disciplined and focused learning environment of the students. I noticed
that the teacher used various strategies to accommodate different learning style
such as visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. In the classroom I observed, the teacher
used interactive activities such as performing their lesson. She asked open-ended
questions to encourage critical thinking of the students.

In the class I observed, it was clear that the teacher had a strong grasp of the
material, which allowed for smooth delivery of information. This kind of knowledge
is important because it ensures that the teacher can present the information
accurately and answer any questions the students might have, thus fostering better
understanding and retention.

In the class I observed, the teacher utilized a variety of teaching techniques such as
questioning, group activities, and discussions to engage students and cater to
different learning styles. This is crucial because it allows the teacher to present
content in ways that are accessible and meaningful to all students, ultimately
promoting effective learning.

In the class I observed, the teacher effectively connected the lesson to prior
knowledge and future lessons, helping students see the relevance of the current
material. This is important as it ensures coherence in learning and helps students
build connections across topics, making the learning process more meaningful.
B. The teacher likely keeps up with advancements in their subject area by reading

Reflection:
I realized that teaching involves much more than simply delivering lessons. It
requires careful planning, awareness of students’ individual needs, and constant
adaptability to the classroom environment. In my observation I saw how the teacher
managed both content and behavior gave me insight into the complexities of
classroom management.
I believe that a teacher's role is not just to impart knowledge, but also to inspire,
guide, and support students emotionally and socially. I saw firsthand how important
it is for teachers to connect with their students to foster a positive learning
environment.
I feel that patience and empathy are two of the most important traits a teacher can
have. Watching how the teacher dealt with challenges in the classroom, like
different learning paces and behavioral issues, reinforced how vital it is to remain
calm and understanding.
When I become a teacher, I will focus on building strong relationships with my
students. I’ll aim to create an inclusive environment where every student feels
valued, motivated to learn, and encouraged to participate. I’ll also strive to make
my lessons engaging and adaptable to different learning styles to ensure every
student has the opportunity to succeed.
