Windows, Stair details, Cross sections, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Specifica-
tions and Bill of Quantities and Materials, Building Permit Forms all
signed and sealed in 5 sets of 20x30 digital blueprint.
b. Structural Plan(Sign/Seal)
Structural Drawing Detail Plan, Structural Analysis,Building Permit
Forms all signed and sealed in 5 sets of 20x30 digital blueprint.
c. Electrical Plan(Sign/Seal)
Preparation of Electrical plans(Lightings, Power, Feederline,Single Line
Diagram, Short Circuit and Voltage Drop Analysis,Building Permit
Forms all signed and sealed in 5 sets of 20x30 digital blueprint.
d. Plumbing Plan(Sign/Seal
Preparation of Plumbing/Sanitary plans(Storm Drainage, Sewerline, Cold
Waterline, Isometric Drawings, Septic Tank Analysis, Plumbing Details,
Building Permit forms all signed and sealed in 5 sets of 20x30 digital
blueprint.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
TERMS OF PAYMENT: Fifty (50%) down payment, Fifty (50%) upon delivery.
This quotation is based on present day cost and availability and is given with the understanding that the prices to be
charged in the event of an order shall be those at the time of order confirmation and delivery.
