II CIVIL WORKS

Installation & Testing supervisors visa expires on 3rd April & 8th April 2020. If not extended,
both supervisors will leave KSA on 31-Mar-2020. Hence balance Installation and Testing works
for both T801 & T802 Auto Transformers will be under HOLD.

1. Closely following with Hitachi for extension of both (Installation & Testing) supervisors visas.
2. Balance activities will be rescheduled after arrival of both MR and
GE engineers in Kingdom. Manufacturer letter sent to SEC on 22.03.2020 for Force Majeure
declaration

As soon as GT delivers at site, it will be installed and tested at site.

Delayed delivery - Due to GE prequalification issue including conducting of type tests,
approval on Technical Documents was delayed and could be received from SEC after more
than 10 months.

RAYCHEM make delivered to site on: 22-April-2019

On 21-Oct-2019, SEC informed Suspension/Rejection of RAYCHEM, Germany make and advised
to proceed either with NEXANS, Italy or CELLPACK, Germany.
As CELLPACK,Germany. is not complying to SEC requirements, NCC approached new
manufacturer M/s NEXANS, Italy make and submitted the technical documents for SEC
review/approved on 18.12.2019 and the same approved on 25.02.2020. We have issued
manufacturing clearance and expect to receive the materials by end April'20 by airfreight.

after lifting the travel restrictions

FAT Completed on 04-June-2019. Shipment Release issued to TECNIBAT on 04-Aug-2019 (After

receipt of type test report for Charger as per SEC comments for Technical Submittal # 204,
Rev.0)
However, TECNIBAT has dispatched only Battery Chargers.
Upon immediate request to TECNIBAT for clarification, TECNIBAT informed that Hoppecke is
not dispatching Batteries due to financial issues between TECNIBAT and Hoppecke.
On 22-Oct-2019, TECNIBAT requested NCC change the LC from TECNIBAT to Hoppecke and
bank details of Hoppecke was provided only on 11-Nov-2019.
NCC provided the amendment LC for Hoppecke on 23-Dec-2019.
NCC initiated SABER process with INTERTEK on 27-Oct-2019 and informed TECNIBAT to contact
INTERTEK to complete SABER process. NCC also made the SABER certificate payment to
INTERTEK.
Upon many follow-ups, on 24-Jan-2020 TECNIBAT informed NCC to change the SABER process
from INTERTEK to SGS as SGS is familiar with Hoppecke Factory.
NCC reinitiated the SABER process with SGS on 25-Jan-2020 and provided documents to
Hoppecke to be filled by them. Understand from Hoppecke that the SABER inspection by SGS is
completed.
Since then NCC is following for the filled documents from Hoppecke/TECNIBAT, but neither of
them are responding to our calls, emails and messages. Will continue to follow up to ensure
delivery

Closely following with REDA for delivery of materials.

Delivery of mimic panel will be scheduled after SEC/HCIS approval on final equipment layout
(delivery period is two weeks from date of go ahead clearance).

Ventilation System design submitted to SEC on 30.06.2019 and it is approved in December,
