The Aadivasi Welfare Foundation (AWF) is a Section 8 not-for-profit organization founded in
2018. Our mission is to promote environmental and social sustainability through social
forestry, water conservation, and other impactful initiatives. Over the past five years, AWF
has made a significant difference:
• Planted over 7.2 million trees in tribal-dominated areas.
• Established over 1,000 water bodies.

Responsibilities:
As our Manager-Corporate Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in securing resources to
fuel AWF's critical work. You will be responsible for:
• Generate leads and develop new B2B partnerships with potential donors, partners, and
funders.
• Managing the sales cycle for grant proposals, sponsorships, and other fundraising initiatives
• Creating compelling presentations and proposals that showcase AWF's impact
• Negotiating and securing funding agreements
• Managing and maintaining a strong donor database
• Staying up-to-date on relevant funding opportunities and trends
2. Designation: Assistant Project Coordinator, IMPCA Service Private Limited

About IMPCA Services Private Limited
IMPCA, a social enterprise was founded in July 2022 (head office- Mumbai) to create
positive ecological, social, and economic impacts through nature-based CSR and Carbon
neutrality projects.
IMPCA has developed India's one of largest afforestation projects in Madhya Pradesh, with
11 million trees planted in the 2023-2024 monsoon. The candidate will be responsible for
planning, coordinating, and implementing the said tree-planting project within the decided
budget, timeline, and scope.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting training for capacity building of the community and other project staff
educating them about the project impact, project benefits
• Ensuring that the on-ground team is following the best practices of HSSE
• Monitoring the nurseries and maintaining species information
• Undertake field visits as necessary to the relevant sites for gathering information and
feedback from diverse stakeholders
• Collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
• Set project timeline, effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant
stakeholders, clients, or project team members
• Monitor tree planting project as per the deliverables, as per the guidelines of carbon
projects set by global standards
• Assess the data of farmers, and trees planted and continuously improve the reporting
systems
• Manage a team of 10-20 regional teams in project monitoring
• Make detailed reports covering all the project details
Qualifications for both the opportunities
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree, rural development, in forestry, social work, or
environmental science is preferable, MBAs and other masters with an interest in
working in developing sectors can also apply
• Experience in rural development projects, forestry projects, skill development,
community-based organizations, and carbon projects will be preferred
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Excellent English communication verbal and written is mandatory, and speaking
Hindi is mandatory
