Strength and weakness analysis begins with knowing yourself, which means
understanding your personality, likes, dislikes, beliefs, opinions, background,
strengths, and areas of improvement (weaknesses). By recognizing what you do well
and where you struggle, you can effectively assess and work on your personal
development.
2. How can you identify your strengths and weaknesses?
To identify strengths: Think about what you do well, what you’re good at, and what
others appreciate about you.
To identify weaknesses: Notice where you struggle, consider feedback from others,
and view weaknesses as chances to improve.
3. What are the differences between interests and abilities?
Interests are activities you enjoy and are curious about, like hobbies or things you’d
do for fun. Abilities are acquired skills or natural capacities that enable you to
perform tasks proficiently. If interests and abilities don’t align, you can either
improve your skills or explore other interests.
