Time Management- How do you spend your time?

Directions: A big problem for many students is that they waste… too… much… time. They play on their phones
too much, they put things off, they’d rather watch T.V. Use the chart below to think about how you spend
your days on a regular basis. Think about the things that you do- when you sleep, when you eat, when you do
homework, when you hang out alone, when you hang out with friends.

Using your memory, try to create the most honest representation of how you spend your time each day. Then,
think about what you can cut out of your life to make more time and hopefully be more successful.
