what to expect during your interviews, we've prepared a brief guide. We value feedback and are

We aim to foster a team of collaborative superstars, emphasizing
communication, collaboration, and ownership qualities. We're interested in
understanding how you articulate your ideas, both in writing and verbally. Could
you share examples of a project where you demonstrated collaboration, from
the initial concept to its successful completion?
Strength of Role-Specific Skills
Technical proficiency and an engineering mindset tailored to the specific role
you're considering are crucial. Be ready to provide examples showcasing your
expertise and competencies outlined in the job description.

HOW MANY INTERVIEW STAGES?

Our interview process will vary based on the specific role, typically
consisting of 2 to 4 stages. Each stage serves as an opportunity for
both Techblocks and you to assess alignment. Our Talent Acquisition
Partner will provide details on the assessment process for your
applied role, confirming whether it involves more than just
interviews, such as technical tests or cognitive ability assessments.

WHAT DO I WEAR?
As most interviews are presently conducted virtually, we suggest
wearing something that strikes a balance between comfort and
professionalism, ensuring it is suitable for an interview setting.
Additional Guide for In-Person Interviews:
Should the interview be in person, we recommend dressing in
professional attire to make a positive impression. Please feel free to
inquire about the dress code beforehand if needed.

Given that virtual interviews are much more common at present, we wanted to share some top tips with you on
how to make the most significant impact virtually.
Test Your Technology
Upon confirming a virtual interview, promptly assess your technology setup to guarantee a seamless experience.
Verify your internet connectivity, install any required video applications, and confirm the functionality of your
camera and microphone. Our team will check with you an hour before the schedule interview
Set the Scene and Minimize Distractions
Ensure you have optimal lighting and minimize background noise, taking your interview in a private room if
possible.
Be Prepared
Ensure you're well-prepared with a notebook and pen for notes, along with a list of questions you'd like to ask.
Familiarizing yourself with the background of your interviewer in advance can provide valuable insights and help
establish connections during the interview.
Practice, Don’t Memorize
It’s essential to keep things simple. Don’t feel you must give a long-winded answer if the question doesn’t
warrant it. Being clear and concise is one of the most essential things in a job interview.
