I. Features
TBLMFa series pulse filter has the following characteristics:
(1) It adopts square case which is fixed and beautiful.
(2) The air is inhaled from the bottom so that the powder is easy to be recycled.
(3 )The air volume is big. It occupies less area. The equipment noise is low.
This filter is widely applied in food, grain, medical, chemical industry, etc.

III. Working Principle and Major Structure
i. Working Principle
Inhaled by the fan, air stream flows into the equipment from the bottom. Large dust particle
sinks suddenly as the air speed lowers quickly while the smaller one adheres to the outer layer
of the filter bag which will then drop down as blow by compressed air and be discharged with
the large dust. The purified air will be exhausted the upper inlet of the cleaning room.
ii. Major Structure
TBLMFa filter is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. Machine Frame
It supports the equipment and it is also the air path. The air inlet is at the bottom of the
equipment while the air outlet is at the top. It is bolted by steel plate.
2. Filter Bag
It is mainly composed of bracket, cage shaft, venturi pipe, cover, etc. The bracket divides the
equipment into the air cleaning room and filter bag room. The cloth on the filter bracket is
needled by nylons. The filtered air is discharged from the upper outlet of the air cleaning
room.
3. Dust-removing System
It consists of pulse controller, solenoid valve, spraying device, air manifold, etc.
(1) Pulse Controller

Pulse controller controls the injection and air cleaning system. It sends out pulse signal to start
the solenoid valve one by one. The compressed air blows the filter bag so as to remove the
dust.
TKZM10 pulse controller or others are adopted. The time interval and width of the pulse are
adjustable which are about 3S-90S, 0.01S-0.5S respectively. Refer to the operation manual of
the pulse controller.
(2)Solenoid Valve
The air circuit of the compressor air is controlled by solenoid valve. TDFK solenoid valve is
adopted. The air inlet is connected with the steam manifold by pipe joint while the outlet is
connected with the injection rod whose pressure is controlled by pulse controller.
(3)Air Injection Device
The air injection device consists of rod, nozzle, etc. The compressed air enters the nozzle
through the injection rod. As the nozzle hole is cone, the high pressure air stream injects at high
speed and the filter bag shrinks and expanses alternatively.

VI. Equipment Installation, Operation & Maintenance

i. Installation
1. The filter should be tightly connected to the inlet and outlet pipes.
2. Connect the air supply with the inlet and outlet of the air pipes.
ii. Commissioning
1. Commissioning of the pulse controller
Power on the control device and the pilot turns on. Tune the time gap knob to set it to 20s and
then set the width to 0.1s. If the solenoid valve is opened, everything is ok. Or else, the wire is
wrong, or the solenoid valve and controller are broken. Close the controller after successful
commissioning.
2. Commissioning of the unloaded fan
Power on the fan, run it without load to check the rotation direction of the fan. Check the inlet
of the air to see whether there is air leakage. Touch the motor after 10 mins to see whether it is
hot. Stop the fan after that.
3. Commissioning of air compressor
Set the working pressure of the fan to 0.5-0.7Mpa. Check the pipes and solenoid valve. Make
sure the compressor can stop automatically when the pressure reaches 0.7Mpa.
iii. Operation and Maintenance
1. Start
Start the compressor which would stop after the pressure reaches 0.7Mpa. Start the fan and
then the pulse controller.
2. Stop
Stop the fan first and then the air compressor after certain time. Stop the controller after the
pressure of the air tank lowers to 0.2Mps. Keep the filter bag clean after machine stops.
3. Each shift should open the air discharge moth to get rid of the moisture inside the air
compressor.
4. Check the filter bag regularly. Replace one incase of damage.
VII. Transportation and Maintenance
i. The filter should be packed in wooden case.
ii. The filter bag is made of fiber which should be kept from moisture.
iii. The pulse controller is accurate device which need to be packed individually incase of
vibration and damage.
