Today, fast-food consumption is increasing among young people. It leads to many


health problems, so staying healthy or fit is important for young people.

There are many ways to stay healthy, such as playing sports, exercising, having a
balanced diet. In case you're really lazy to do strong activities. Having a good
diet is the easiest way to keep your body fit. You don't need to eat only
vegetables, fruits. You can eat anything, but your diet must be balanced. Besides,
you should adopt some healthy habits, such as going to bed early and getting up
early.

Although having a good diet is easy to do, you should exercise regularly. It helps
you improve immune system or make you stronger. It's fun when you do it with your
friends.

We always have some friend in our life, but typically, we should have one best
friend who has a some similar characteristics to us. The similarity can help us
maintain the relationship better.

I believe that having just a best friend is better although having a lot of friend
will be more interesting. A best friend will give us some great advise about study,
love and life.
Best friend can help us whenever we have a serious problem. We can share food,
clothes and room with each other, and it's fun.

We shouldn't have only a friend because it will be boring and having a lot of
friend makes us feel less lonely

In the past, video games were not as popular as board game. However, video games
have been developed significantly in recent years. There are many types of video
games, and many of them are interesting when we play with our friends, and we just
need a smartphone to play. I believe that will be an interesting experience.

There are many benefits to playing games. For example, we can be learned
languages, history, relationship, and more. Besides, it help us improve useful
skills or abilities, such as problems-solving skill, analytical thinking, and
memory.

Although we can learn many things from playing games, it's may not be good if we
play games too much. We only play games after working hard to relax.
