Responsibilities
AOCC
1. Implements resource allocation strategy for CGY Airport
a. Coordinates with all airport stakeholders and local
authorities on flight information for slotting
b. Performs assessment and resolves conflicts with airlines
c. Reviews daily serviceability reports submitted by the
departments
d. Creates resource allocation plan
e. Cascades flight details of Mayfly
2. Ensures that the daily briefing is being performed
3. Communicates to concerned units all safety and security related
issues that affects airport operations
4. Manages issues across terminals, irregular operations, incidents
and crisis at the start and
during operations
a. Monitors foot traffic or flights delays through CCTV
b. Receives reports from departments about issues in operations
5. Monitors and coordinates with the respective units on the
correction of defects especially those affected by the CGY Airport
resource allocation process.
6. Seeks approval of the Airside Operations Head and Operations
Head/Airport Manager on requests from stakeholders that will
affect compliance to safety and security requirements or will
result to deviation from operations; except for IROPS activation.
7. Submits to Airside Operations Head/Operations Head monthly
report on on-time performance, load factor and market share,
throughput, and significant Aerodrome events
8. Activates Emergency Operation Center (EOC) during drills and
actual emergency
9. Coordinates with Operations Head/Airport Manager, Security and
Emergency Services, Safety and Medical, and other relevant units
during emergency situations
10. Performs continuous review and updating of AOCC Manual,
IROPS Plan and AOCC SOPs
Apron Management:
1. Manages the overall activities in the aircraft grounds including the
movement of aircraft and operational equipment at the ramp.
2. Promotes safety awareness to both internal and external
stakeholders through Ground Operations Safety. (e.g. Safety
Awareness, Airside Safety).
3. Ensures that all stakeholders operating in the airside has relevant
trainings, permits, and other requirements stated in the Airside
Operations Manual.
4. Ensures that all employees operating in the airside comply with
CGY's rules and procedures and other authority requirements
through citation process.
5. Ensures that the Serviceability Checklist and FOD walk are
performed.
6. Ensures that all irregularities in operations are communicated to
AOCC.
7. Communicates with all levels of management, relevant customers
and other stakeholders regarding incidents, accidents, and other
irregularities.
8. Monitors the implementation of necessary corrective actions
regarding incidents, accidents, and other irregularities.
