1.1 HINDI SPARSH PORTAL USER GUIDE
SPARSH Portal is now also available in Hindi Language for ease of Use to
the Pensioners and Family Pensioners.
PENSIONER DATA VERIFICATION
STEP 1 : Select Language as Hindi in Portal.
STEP 2 : Login with username and Password.
STEP 3 : Change Password after first Login.
Step 4 : Login After password change and Complete PDV.
PROFILE SERVICE REQUEST
STEP 1 : LOGIN with Username & Password.
STEP 2 : Select Update Profile in Manage Profile.
STEP 4: Update the desired details in Profile.
STEP 5 : Upload document if needed and submit the Profile Service Request.
INITIATE FAMILY PENSION
STEP 1 : Select Initiate Family Pension.
STEP 2 : Fill Necessary details.
STEP 3 : Submit Initiate Family Pension Request.
GRIEVANCE
STEP 1 : Login to account and Select Option grievance.
STEP 2 : Select Grievance Related option.
STEP 3 : Save Grievance.
STEP 4 : Submit Grievance.
TRACK REQUEST
STEP 1 : Select Option Track Service Request.
STEP 2 : Enter Token number or Mobile number and click on Next.
STEP 3 : Enter OTP if selected Mobile no.
STEP 4 : Portal will show Service Request.
1.2 Update Mobile Utility with Security Question flow
Step 1 :- Go to Services -> Track -> Update Mobile Number menu in Prelogin screen on homepage
Step 2 :- Enter either Sparsh PPO or Legacy PPO in the given text box and select Authentication type
"Security Question"
Step 3 :- Please fill all the mandatory details for security questions and verify that on clicking of Verify
& Proceed button.
Step 4 :- Enter the OTP which sent to new mobile number which was entered to update and confirm the
same in text boxes given and verify the OTP and click on 'Verify & Proceed' button.
Step 5 : After verifying OTP need to verify captch and need to proceed for final submission of update
request.
Step 6 : After Verifying Captcha click on Verify & Proceed button for final submission of request and
Alert will come “Your mobile no has been changed successfully”.
Update Mobile Utility with Aadhar approach.
Step 1 :- Go to Services -> Track -> Update Mobile Number menu in Prelogin screen on homepage
Step 2 :- Enter either Sparsh PPO or Legacy PPO in the given text box and select Authentication type
"Aadhaar"
Step 3 :- After selecting Aadhaar option one alert will pop up asking to ensure that 'you have the
Aadhaar linked mobile number to receive OTP.' Click on Ok to proceed further.
Step 4 :- Enter the Mobile no. which you want to update along with Aadhaar No. Then click on Send
OTP. OTP will be sent to your mobile no. linked with Aadhaar.
Step 5 : Enter the OTP and validate
Step 6 : After Verifying OTP, need to validate Captcha.
Step 7 : After Verifying Captcha click on Verify & Proceed button for final submission of request and
Alert will come “Your mobile no has been changed successfully”.
