In operation DC20 were found:
1) The following parameters are in alarm state (System Failure):

2) The following works were done:
2.1) LEDs indicators of Dual Process Segment Controller dPSC_1 (1/5) were checked.
On the channel 2: Indicators lit: Power (green), Run (green), Info (flashing yellow), End Init
(green) – It is normal operation status.
On the channel 1: Indicators lit: Power (green), Watch Dog (red), End Init (green).
In accordance with the “USER MANUAL FOR E/R MONITORING SYSTEM DATA
CHIEF C20” DWG.No.6N-2521-131 Page 135 - Such status of indicators shows fault type –
“Application stopped”.
2.2) The reason of occurrence of above alarms was found - malfunction of one channel of the
Dual Process Segment Controller (dPSC_1 (1/5)).
2.3) In accordance with the “USER MANUAL” for elimination of this fault the following works
are executed:
- the unit was restarted by turning power off from one of two channels and then on again.
- The Watch Dog indicator is still lit
- It is necessary to replace this module.
2.4) Dual Process Segment Controller dPSC_1 (1/5) was replaced. On both channels CAN1 and
CAN2 Watch Dog indicators are no lit. Indicators lit: Power (green), Run (green), Info (flashing
yellow), End Init (green) – It is NORMAL OPERATION STATUS.
2.5) Remote Operation Stations (ROS1 and ROS2) was restarted. New installed module was
configured from ROS.
3) Above alarms SYS012, SYS014- SYS019, SYS041 were disappeared.
4) But new following parameters are in alarm state (System Failure):
