GUIDELINES FOR COMPLETION AND SUBMISSION OF ASSIGNMENTS
Students are requested to adhere to the following instructions for completion and submission of the
assignment/s.
1. There are total 5 - 10 questions of assignment for each subject out of which the student has to
attempt as per the instructions in the assignment sheet.
2. Answers of the assignments should be handwritten that should cover all the aspects of the
attempted question/s. While writing answers use Blue/Black point pen only and pencil for
diagrams/sketches.
3. Make sure that your answers are simple, clear, logical, consists diagrams if required and
comprehensible.
4. Students are required to submit the assignments in the same semester and late submissions shall
not be permitted in any case.
5. Students should submit the assignments in person to the institute in time / before the last date
of submission. No other means of submissions shall be allowed.
6. Assignments submitted later, any time after the last date of submission will not be accepted by
the institute and student himself/herself is responsible for his/her own academic loss.
7. It is compulsory to submit the assignments for each subject, as this is considered under the
“Comprehensive Concurrent Evaluation (CCE)” purposes; failing which the student will not be
assessed for internal evaluation and the student may lose internal marks and therefore student
has to complete study assignments to the satisfaction of the faculty.
8. The assignments will be evaluated by subject faculty and the marks allotted by the same will
be full and final.
9. Each assignment shall be written on normal A4 sheets (Full-scape or notebook not allowed)
and should be submitted along with the title page attached here (Annexure –I) filled properly.
Do not use thick and colour pages.
10. Each assignment of each subject shall be steppled properly and pages shall be numbered
appropriately and in a sequential manner.
11. Do not just reproduce answer from the book reading material. Study properly while writing the
answers for each assignment of each subject.
12. Do not copy answer sheet of other students, if noticed, the assignment/s of such students will
be rejected.
