Request For Providing Safety Material

Dear Sr Sulaiman Qurieshi (PM)

This is being sent to you for inform about issues continiously face in HEALTH AND SAFETY
Departement. There are lack of communication system between safety representative and Management as
well as after the tell issues again and again unfortunatally there are just minor upgradation. So Sr I mention
below there are some basic and important needs that are provide us Immediately by the Organization .
1. Sign Boards With Stands
2. Fire Extinguisher
3. First – Aid Box
4. Safety Tools
5. Safety Cones
6. Barrication ( as per Company policy)
7. Computer / laptop with Printer
8. Water supplie Color or Bottoles For Workers
9. Safety Googles and Safety gloves for different jobs.

These are All the Necessary things that we need Immediately. As per Responsible Person I inform you by this Request
as well as I request you as soon as possible provide all things on the site.
