Duties and Responsibilities
 Conducting Daily, Weekly, Pre job and shift changing safety Meetings.
 Monitoring all activities in the Platform and Barge.
 Apply, maintain and follow up Safety rules and regulation of ARAMCO.
 Checking documentation of subcontractor.
 Assist the client in the area.
 Daily, Weekly, Monthly and periodic inspections of site, all tools and
equipment.
 Inspection and maintaining safety equipment.
 Monitor PTW system in the process areas.
 Witness emergency safety Drills.

 Inspection of new equipment arrive on site.


 Conduct investigation of incident.
 Monthly inspecting Cascade system SCBA & SABA system.
 Induction to all new personal at site/platform.
 Ensure project equipment quality by arranging third party inspection.
 Monitoring environmental safety and waste segregation.
 Inspection of work site on daily basis and report to HSE Supervisor and concern
department.

 Verify/Recommend of HSE aspects in construction methods statements and Risk
Assessment.
 Advising safe methods for installation of Pipes, Scaffoldings, manual handling,
Mechanical works etc.
 Daily safety inspection to identify unsafe working conditions, unsafe practices.
 Implementation of safe systems and procedures of work.
 Inspection and safety precautions for electrical safety, material handling safety,
ladder safety,scaffolding safety.
 Providing safety advice and guidance to site.
 Responsible to monitor the pressure test activities.
 Taking corrective actions for un-safe practices.
 Inspecting the signs and barricades for hazardous areas.
 Coverage of all critical activities including lifting and hot works.
 Maintained Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) on chemicals used in the workplace.
 Promote health and safety within the organization; develop safer and healthier ways of
working.
 Make sure that PPEs is being used in workplaces according to regulations.
 Coordinate with the area construction supervisor to rectify the issues.
 To comply with Proper Housekeeping, Material Management.
 Continues gas testing at platform.
