Congratulations! You are now an important member of the UBC team and embarking on
a 6 Weeks transformation journey.

The 6 Week Challenge is a Fitness Performance Boxing Program designed to prepare


entry level boxers for a full body and mind transformation through boxing. This program
like boxing, is not just about the physical benefits, it’s about cultivating a champion's
mindset and overcoming all challenges life throws at you.

During the next 6 weeks you will be tested like never before and by pushing through
and showing up, not only will you become a better boxer but you will develop life skills
that will stay with you for the rest of your life.

I understand all the sacrifices that come along with the commitment of this camp so I
