Nowadays, peopl in many countries are older than ever before.

Some suppose that an ageing population

causes issues for governments while the others do not. In my point of view, it can not be deniable that
advantages of having more elderly people prevail the bad ones.

An ageing population will definitely create prejudices for governments and even elder peoples’ family. In
details, when the seniors get health problems, their family have to earn money to heal for them, and
health systems also get impact from their problems that will take up resources essentially profit for
young residents. Moreover, the workforce will be decreased in the participation. For example, people at
the old age are more than that at the young age will lead to the imbalance of labour force in improving
economic.

However, retired people are not defined to be helpless for community. Many older men and women still
remain to be employed for another job or to be an entrepreneur to support their family’s finance. Also,
they can be a babysitter to take care their granchildren instead of parents, so parents can go for work to
be the breadwinners for thei family. With age comes experience, and seniors can bring a wealth of
complex and interesting life lessons to any social group they participate in. Whether it’s in workplaces or
homes, having more seniors around could lead to an increased balance and diversity approach for
society. If seniors are wealthy, they can do charity work to support the disadvantaged people or they can
be the supporters for their family.

In conclusion, an ageing population has many unexpected benfits outweighting these drawbacks. The
benefits they give to society mean that their age is not a reason creating problems for the country.
