AGING POPULATION

In the developed world, averange life expentancy is increasing. While this trend bring many
positive changes toward society and economy, it also bring negative effects for the development.

One of the main advantages that aging population bring is the experience workforced. The
older you become, the more experiences you have. Older adults often bring valuable experience
and skills to the workforce, which can benefit industries that rely on expertise and mentorship.
Futhermore, in many countries where have higher proportion of young people, this tedency could
create social stability. Older population can promote social stability, as they are typically less
prone to high-risk behaviors, potentially leading to safer communities.
