Internship Guidelines:
Duration:
22 weeks+ 2 Weeks evaluation = 24 Weeks (168 days)
Important dates:
• 1st July – 30th November 2024 (As per curriculum)
• Training Report Submission: December 2024
• Evaluation – December’24/January’25
(Exact dates will be intimated)

Department Spread for Internship:
Option 1: 4 core department
• Food and Beverage Production (1 month)
• Food and Beverage Service (1 month)
• Front Office (1 month)
• Housekeeping (1 month)
• Department of your own choice in the same hotel (2 months)
OR
Option 2: One or two department for entire 6 months
Evaluation Criteria:
1. Back to Basic Written Exam = 50 Marks
2. Presentation/Viva Voce = 50 Marks
3. Employer Evaluation = 100 Marks
4. Report: = 200 Marks
(Internship report & log sheet = 150 &
(Appreciation, Completion Certificate = 50)
Total = 400 Marks
• Number of Credits = 10
1. Back to Basic Written Exam: (50 Marks)
MCQ test = 100 Questions (1 mark each) = 100 Marks
(Kindly note that 100 marks will be reduced to 50 marks)
